Shane Bryant, M.S.P.T.

The president of Performance Physical Therapy, Shane Bryant has been one the top Denver physical therapists for more than 15 years. He graduated from Regis University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (M.S.P.T.) and has a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Colorado APTA, as well as the Orthopedic Section and the Private Practice Section of the APTA, not to mention the Colorado APTA Clinical Education Group. In addition to physical therapy, he is also a Certified Pilates Instructor. Shane is committed to developing new physical therapists and has been an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor since 1999. He finds this a fun and rewarding way to help the profession and make sure he stays on top of the latest research.

Shane’s treatment approach emphasizes manual therapy and exercise. He has pursued extensive continuing education in the areas of manual therapy, spinal stabilization, Swiss exercise balls, and Pilates. Motivated by family members with various jaw disorders, he also pursues ongoing education on temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ). His patients will tell you his favorite two words are “home program,” because he believes the return to long-term health and activity ultimately lies in the hands of the patient. “He really enjoys the relationships he has with his patients and you can tell he loves the challenge of teaching us how to take better care of ourselves,” said one patient.
